Recognizing our Faculty Team- Congratulations to our leaders

In this edition of our Thursday Times, the school’s principalship wants to recognize the work of our level directors: Marcela Muñoz (Preschool); María Consuelo Añez (Lower Elementary); Alejandro Patiño (Upper Elementary); Sally Torres (Middle School); Mónica Arrubla (High School); José Guillermo Martínez (Physical Education) and Iliana Aljure (Arts Education). We want to value the leadership capacity of our Directors’ Team, who day by day are able to put into practice our guiding statements and make sure our students feel safe, loved, learn all what is expected, and their parents perceive it that way. As leaders, they promote on-going debates about quality, model what is expected, foster self-evaluation practices, and provide teachers and students with the required resources and tools to be successful at what they do.

Marcela, María Consuelo, Alejandro, Sally, Mónica, Guillermo and Iliana: thanks for believing in our educational project and always giving your best. We appreciate your kindness, team-work, leadership skills, professionalism, and commitment to the goals of our school. We feel honored to be working by your side! Congrats!

Resumen: la Dirección del Colegio reconoce en esta edición del Thursday Times el trabajo de los Directores de Nivel. Como líderes de nuestro proyecto educativo, Marcela Muñoz (Preescolar), María Consuelo Añez (Primaria Baja), Alejandro Patiño (Primaria Alta), Sally Torres (Escuela Media), Mónica Arrubla (Bachillerato Alto), Guillermo Martínez (Educación Física) e Iliana Aljure (Educación Artística), promueven debates acerca de la calidad, modelan lo que se espera, fomentan prácticas de auto-evaluación y brindan las herramientas y recursos necesarios para el éxito de docentes y estudiantes. Apreciamos su amabilidad, trabajo en equipo, habilidades de liderazgo, profesionalismo y compromiso con las metas de nuestro Colegio. ¡Nos sentimos muy orgullosos de trabajar a su lado! ¡Felicitaciones!
