Swimming and its impact on overall health

Swimming has not only led to success for the Rochester College team, but has also had a significant impact on the overall health of our students. This sport is an excellent cardiovascular exercise, which helps improve muscular endurance, strength and flexibility, as well as reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.

In addition, it also has mental health benefits, as it can reduce stress and improve mood. At Rochester, we recognize the importance of a comprehensive education that includes both academic and athletic training and the promotion of overall health.

We congratulate Club Deportivo Rochester for their outstanding performance in this competition; they are an example to follow for all those who seek to improve their health and well-being through sports.

We invite you to continue promoting healthy physical and mental habits; eating a balanced diet, physical activity, sleeping well, drinking water, meditating and other practices in favor of integral health.
