As home learning has become a priority, many schools and families around the country are facing the challenge of offering high-quality material to their students so they can continue learning from home. Rochester School has proudly been part of the program “Aulas Sin Fronteras”, in which a large number of UNCOLI teachers have developed high-quality material directed to students in rural areas to help improve their education. We have recently received the news that this material will now be available to everyone in the country so that students can have access thereto and continue learning during the quarantine. Attached please find the letter sent by María Camila Jaramillo, General Coordinator for UNCOLI of the “Aulas Sin Fronteras” Program.

Resumen: Desde su nacimiento, el Colegio Rochester ha formado parte del Programa “Aulas Sin Fronteras”, un acuerdo entre los colegios UNCOLI y el Ministerio de Educación, que busca mejorar la calidad de la educación, originalmente en el Chocó, y ahora en todas las zonas rurales y de difícil acceso en el país. Con profunda alegría nos enteramos ahora de que este programa será difundido y utilizado en todo el país para que todos los estudiantes puedan acceder a él y apoyarse con material de aprendizaje de alta calidad desde sus casas.
